OVERTURNED TRAILER

On February 26, 2026, our units were dispatched to an incident involving an overturned trailer on Interstate 59 northbound between mile markers 3 and 4 . Upon arrival, crews found that the trailer had separated from the tractor hauling it and had come to rest on its side along the shoulder. The tractor remained upright. No injuries have been reported. Traffic in the area was moving slowly but experienced minimal impact s. The trailer was reportedly transporting a solvent .

Our mission is to protect lives & property through the prevention and/or mitigation of fires & other emergencies. This mission will be accomplished through a variety of programs that are hereby established. These programs are established with life safety, property conservation, and cost effectiveness in mind.
