On Friday, October 24, 2025 , our units responded to a significant woods fire that originated near West Thorner Road within our fire district. The fire quickly spread into St. Tammany Fire Protection District No. 7 , advancing toward Chris Kennedy Road . OUR MISSION

Our mission is to protect lives & property through the prevention and/or mitigation of fires & other emergencies. This mission will be accomplished through a variety of programs that are hereby established. These programs are established with life safety, property conservation, and cost effectiveness in mind.
