Santa wants everyone to have a chance to wave hello as we roll on by, so some routes will go beyond the main neighborhoods in town. On the evening of Monday, November 3, 2025, our team responded to a fire involving an 18-wheeler on I-59 northbound between mile markers 10 and 11. Thankfully, the fire was limited to a blown tire, and the driver was able to safely disconnect the trailer before it was affected. Upon arrival, crews quickly extinguished the fire and brought the situation under control. No injuries were reported, and traffic was minimally impacted.
