Continuing our partnership with the St. Tammany Parish Department of Animal Services, here is another handsome adoptable pet!

Meet "Romeo" - a 1 year old mixed breed (border collie mix?) boy who is sure to steal your heart. This boy was found as a stray and never reclaimed by his owner. He is friendly to all and absolutely loves to play. He has energy for days and would be an excellent hiking or running companion. Romeo is always ready to go - ready for his next adventure! He would benefit from an active family who would like to spend plenty of time exercising and training their dog. Romeo tends to play too rough with other dogs and they do not like it. Because of this, he needs to go to a home with no other dogs or animals present. He is neutered, microchipped, up to date with vaccinations and has previously been treated for heartworms (not contagious).
