REQUEST FOR BIDS - Portable Classroom

St. Tammany Fire Protection District No. 11 has one (1) portable classroom, approximate size of 24 ft. by 32 ft. for bid. Classroom has been surplussed by the Board of Commissioners. Currently there is no reserve set.

Building can be seen at 37546 Pine Street Extension, Pearl River, LA 70452. Building is located at station 111 at the corner of Pine Street Extension and Fogg Ln.

Bids should be mailed to STFPD11, P.O. Box 1210 Pearl River, LA 70452. Bids should be marked on the outside of envelope as “BID”. Bids will be opened at a Board of Commissioners meeting on Tuesday, January 10, 2017 at a regular meeting. Bids shall be in prior to the meeting. Meetings are held at 37546 Pine Street Extension and start at 7:00 pm.

Successful bidder will remove the building within 15 days of winning the bid at His / Her expense.
